Have you ever "inherited" a Word document, only to find it near impossible to remove the bullets, text formatting, spacing, etc? Use Word's Clear Formatting command and save yourself a considerable amount of time.

 

»  Drag-select the text you want to remove the formatting from.

»  On the Home tab, in the Font group, click the Clear Formatting button.

»  Re-format text as desired.
