Quick Keyboard shortcuts for your text formatting
- Word - Adjust font size: use this quick keyboard short cut to increase or decrease the size of your text in a document.
On your keyboard press Ctrl+Shift+> to increase text size or Ctrl+Shift+< to decrease it. (A helpful hint is that the greater than symbol increases text while the less than symbol decreases.) You can use this on selected text, or to change the size of text you are about to type. - Remove text formatting - Word and PowerPoint
To remove formatting from any selected text, press Ctrl+Spacebar.
