Using Find Feature for Related Messages
Often, if multiple parties are responding to one e-mail, all of their responses might not be included in the same string. If a user needs to find one of the e-mails related to that subject, a great find feature is “by subject”.
- Right-click on an e-mail from your Inbox that has more than one e-mail in the string
- Choose Find All then Related Messages which opens the Advanced Find dialog box.
- All e-mails with the same subject will be listed in the bottom of the box. By double-clicking on any of them, the e-mail can be opened.
