If you send email often to the same person, this email shortcut is for you! Frequently entering the same address is inefficient, even with Outlook’s AutoComplete feature. If you send a lot of mail to the same person, just create an email shortcut on your desktop. When you want to send a message, just double-click the shortcut to open a blank, pre-addressed message, ready to go.
