Outlook 2007 Search Folders
| You can add pre-defined search folders to your Outlook folder structure that allow you to view your e-mails in different views. For example you can create a search folder that will display all emails that you have flagged for follow up. |

- 1. Right-click on the Search Items folder listed after your Sent Items folder
- 2. Click on New Search Folder from the pop-up menu
- 3. Select desired search from the Search Folder list, then click OK
