The Ribbon makes everything in Office 2007 easy to find. Sometimes, however, you may need more space to view your document. It is just as easy to hide the Ribbon temporarily as it is to use it.

1. Double-click on any tab. The groups disappear, so that you have more room.
2. To see all of the groups again, double-click a tab to bring back the groups.
