When you have a document that spans multiple pages, you might want your column titles/headers to be repeated on each page.

1. Click the Page Layout tab
2. In the Page Setup group, click Print Titles
3. In the Print titles section, click in the Rows to repeat at top field
   
   
4. Click then drag-select the desired rows that contain the headers you want to repeat on each page
5. Click on the Print Preview button to preview before you print
