Switching Columns for Rows in Excel
Transposing Data allows you to re-arrange rows into columns or vice versa – basically interchanging the two.
- Select then copy desired cells
- Click on cell where the transposed data should display
- On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click the drop-down
arrow under the Paste button and choose Transpose
