Office 2007 – Translating Text

 Office 2007 makes it easy to translate text into other languages. Using the Research feature, you can translate single words or short phrases or translate your entire document by using Web-based machine translation services.  

From within either Word, Excel or PowerPoint, click the Translate button in the Proofing group of the Review tab

Comparing Documents in Word 2007

Word 2007’s Compare feature allows you to compare 2 versions of a document (Legal Blackline) or combine changes from two reviewer’s edits into 1 document (either all at once, or by accepting or declining each edit).
