You can quickly create the content for your PowerPoint presentation if you already have the content outlined in a Word document.  Simply insert the Word document directly into PowerPoint to create your slides. 

1. Click on the Outline tab (located in the upper left above the thumbnail slide pane)
2. On the Home tab, in the Slides [...]

You can add pre-outlined text from a word document into the Outline tab of a presentation.  This will allow you to quickly add content to your presentation without typing.

1. Click on the Outline tab
2. On the Home tab, in the Slides group, click the drop-down arrow under the New Slide button and select Slides from [...]
