Format Text Using the Mini Toolbar in 2007

The Mini toolbar appears automatically when you select text and when you right-click text in Word, Excel and PowerPoint 2007.

Select the text that you want to format.

Move your pointer to the Mini Toolbar (fades in and out, just above the highlighted text), and then make the formatting changes that you want.

Alternatively, right-click the selected text and use the Mini Toolbar to make formatting changes.
