How often do you empty your Deleted Items folder in Outlook? Ever wish that once you delete an email it was really gone for good and not just going to your Deleted Items folder? There is a way to quickly delete e-mails permanently – but be warned- once they are gone, they are GONE! They cannot be brought back.

Remember when you first transitioned from a paper daytimer to an electronic calendar-keeping device? Too often, you had an appointment on one but not the other. Depending on where you looked, appointments could slip through the cracks. Wouldn’t it have been nice to transfer the paper documents into an electronic format that combined and synchronized both at the click of a mouse?

In Windows, your Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents save to the My Documents folder by default. However, if you save your documents to a folder on the network or another location, you always have to navigate to another location every time you need to save a file.

Do you have multiple outlook calendars you want to view as one? Outlook allows you to overlay them, so all appointments can be viewed on one calendar, even though they are separate calendars.
